Get Started Package with On-going Support
The Get Started Package with on-going support offers up the same great sessions and information as the basic Get Started Program, but also includes on-going support in the way of phone call and email communication with me. The complete package includes:

Initial Consultation (1.0 hour session)
- Collect information on medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle.
- Collection of 24-hour dietary recall for computer analysis, to be reviewed in follow-up visit.
- Prioritize health goals and present initial recommendations.
Second Session (1.0 hour session)
- Reassess health goals.
- Follow up on recommendations from previous consultation.
- Modify or add recommendations, as needed.
- Review computer analysis of dietary recall and discuss appropriate changes.
- Provide tips for meal planning, meal/snack ideas, and/or shopping tips.
Plus on-going email and phone communication to answer questions, share recipes, and wellness and health tips.
